For current eServices users, if you notice the ‘Messages’ and ‘Forms’ tabs are grayed out, ask your practice’s eServices administrator to use the ‘Admin’ tab to edit your user profile and give you access to these functions. A practice’s eServices administrator can review Section 10.0 for help editing an individual user’s access.
